Hearts Respond partners with a youth non-profit organization, Freedom4U.
Freedom4U partners with LAUSD and the Boys and Girls Club of the LA Harbor providing after school programs in life coping skills groups, dance, music, expressive arts and drama.

The Freedom4U Youth Leadership Group provides peer mentoring at B&G Club sites.
Students from POLAHS participate in annual Photography Contest as well as perform in Art Expression Nights and Leadership Group service activities.
Dr. Allen gives parent and student presentations at POLAHS and San Pedro High School.
